The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog. I am super stoked to see how much the blog has grown in the last year alone (post archives more than doubled, and I had over 200 comments on one post, a ton of new followers, and, most importantly, I met a lot of wonderful new people.
Here’s an excerpt:
The Louvre Museum has 8.5 million visitors per year. This blog was viewed about 110,000 times in 2014. If it were an exhibit at the Louvre Museum, it would take about 5 days for that many people to see it.
In addition to everything I did on the blog, I managed to read 50 books this year, my goal for the year. You can view my list here!
And finally, if you haven’t done so already, or you missed a few posts and other fun updates from my crawlings of the web, be sure to sign up for my newsletter, where I’m going to talk about books recommendations (indie & big press), cool links (from people far more talented than I could ever hope to be), sneak peeks from my writing, and a giveaway!
